Dynamics of living systems,
measured and modelled

Open research code and teaching tools on circadian clocks, cell-cycle dynamics and time-of-day drug responses.

Teaching

Teaching Bacterial Chemotaxis

An interactive browser simulator of E. coli chemotaxis. Change CheR and CheB rates, cooperativity and gradients, and watch receptor methylation produce exact adaptation in real time. Switch off CheB selectivity and robustness breaks. Equations, pathway and implementation notes are built in; the source comes with exercises for computer science students.
